About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator who will act as a crucial liaison in the recruitment process. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle — from identifying and evaluating candidates to managing onboarding and enhancing employer branding. This opportunity allows a driven individual with a passion for talent acquisition to contribute significantly to a growing enterprise.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Between 1 and 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with ADP is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism consistently.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates.
- Engage candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews via phone, virtual platforms, and in-person meetings, including preparation of schedules and materials.
- Assist with preparing offer letters, supporting negotiation phases, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Maintain precise and current candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support hiring managers by preparing interview documentation and providing recruitment-related administrative aid.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning and Development, and leadership teams to ensure an engaging onboarding process for new employees.
- Advance The Wellsville Group’s employer brand through active social media presence, job postings, and branding campaigns.
- Consistently promote the company’s vision, mission, and values in interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
