Position Summary

St. Vincent's University Hospital is inviting applications for a full-time, permanent Switchboard Operator position within the ICT Department, based at their Dublin location. This role operates at Grade IV level, providing essential telephony and communication support for the hospital.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the hospital’s switchboard efficiently and courteously, ensuring smooth communication flow.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times while handling calls and information.
