The Role
As a full-time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team to meet sales targets, handling all types of sales transactions as per company policy, and maintaining the store's presentation and cleanliness. You will ensure product displays follow Swatch guidelines, assist with stocktaking, stay informed about new products and promotions, engage in regular training sessions, and manage customer follow-ups related to warranty and repairs while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate has prior experience in retail sales or hospitality, a track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs, and well-developed customer service skills. They can build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, are organized and efficient with their time, possess excellent oral and written communication capabilities, and must be available to work full-time including weekends.
