Role Overview

As a Sales Associate at Sleep Country Canada in Saint John, you will engage customers by understanding and fulfilling their sleep product needs while supporting the store's visual appeal and inventory management. Collaborating closely with the sales team, your efforts will contribute to exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to assess their needs and present suitable quality sleep products and services.
• Maintain store appearance by managing product displays, restocking, and cleanliness.
• Assist in receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and performing inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; however, the right candidates without this experience will receive full training.
• Positive, optimistic mindset with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ambitious attitude with willingness to engage in continuous learning and development.
• Availability to work various shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Good critical thinking abilities to independently solve problems.
