This role involves operating and maintaining key machinery utilized in copper tube production, ensuring smooth processes and high-quality output.

Operate various manufacturing equipment including casting, rolling, drawing & grooving machines, level winders, annealing furnaces, and finishing tools.
Monitor production activities to maintain steady workflow, meet targets, and promptly address any operational anomalies.
Conduct frequent quality inspections on in-process and finished products to confirm compliance with defined quality metrics.
Execute routine upkeep like lubrication, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent equipment failures and ensure machinery readiness, also managing spare part availability.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective solutions to restore machine functionality.
Strictly follow safety protocols including use of personal protective equipment and proper lockout/tagout during maintenance.
Maintain detailed documentation on production data, maintenance logs, and quality checks aligned with company standards.
Collaborate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and maintenance teams to resolve challenges and achieve operational goals.
Engage in continuous improvement efforts by sharing insights and adopting best practices to enhance efficiency and performance.
