About the Company
Billa & Co Sh.p.k operates in the Albanian market as a growing trading business focused on tiles, parquet, sanitary products, and construction materials. The company emphasizes product quality and strong customer service, and it is looking to strengthen its team with driven, professional talent.
Role Overview
The Supply Chain Specialist will support purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics, and documentation processes while helping ensure accurate data and cost control across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with suppliers to agree on purchase pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders, maintain them, and follow up on their progress.
- Arrange bookings and coordinate transportation with freight forwarders.
- Oversee supplier agreements and commercial terms.
- Check proforma invoices and import-related paperwork.
- Compute and track landed cost, including the full warehouse cost.
- Monitor and improve logistics-related expenses.
- Manage claims, credit notes, and related financial adjustments.
- Keep system records accurate for prices, terms, ETA, quantities, and costs.
- Finalize shipment documentation in Odoo.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain workflows.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Prior exposure to ERP platforms; experience with Odoo is considered a plus.
- Good English language proficiency.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and organizational skills.
