Role Overview

The Supply Chain Specialist will support purchasing, supplier coordination, logistics, and documentation processes while helping ensure accurate data and cost control across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with suppliers to agree on purchase pricing.
• Prepare purchase orders, maintain them, and follow up on their progress.
• Arrange bookings and coordinate transportation with freight forwarders.
• Oversee supplier agreements and commercial terms.
• Check proforma invoices and import-related paperwork.
• Compute and track landed cost, including the full warehouse cost.
• Monitor and improve logistics-related expenses.
• Manage claims, credit notes, and related financial adjustments.
• Keep system records accurate for prices, terms, ETA, quantities, and costs.
• Finalize shipment documentation in Odoo.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
• Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain workflows.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Prior exposure to ERP platforms; experience with Odoo is considered a plus.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Well-developed analytical thinking and organizational skills.
