Key Responsibilities
- Support branch teams in customer service functions.
- Manage the "Mobile Check-In" counter operations.
- Assist customers who register via QR code through an app to select cars and book additional options.
- Prepare vehicle keys, verify driver's licenses, distribute parking tickets, and guide customers to their cars or parking lots.
- Engage with customers waiting in line and present the digital check-in option for those with simple reservations.
- Sort customers according to colleagues' language skills at the counter for optimized service.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled at a university or technical college.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Strong service orientation and reliability.
- Excellent communication skills and high team spirit.
- Presentable appearance and polite manners.
- Proficient in German (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B1 level).
- Interest in committing to a long-term role.
