Candidate Profile

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong service orientation and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and high team spirit.
• Presentable appearance and polite manners.
• Proficient in German (minimum B2 level) and English (minimum B1 level).
• Interest in committing to a long-term role.
