Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle typical warehouse duties such as receiving, loading, unloading deliveries, processing and dispatching customer orders, and conducting stocktakes.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and efficiently pick and pack items for shipment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties in both showroom and warehouse areas to uphold a clean workspace.
• Drive safely and courteously, adhering strictly to road regulations when operating company vehicles.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture within the workplace.
• Deliver excellent customer service and sales assistance to a wide range of trade customers in the electrical sector.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid driver’s licence.
• Capability to perform physical tasks involving manual handling and lifting.
• Previous experience in warehousing or customer-facing roles.
• Certification to operate forklifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety standards.
• Basic proficiency with computers and IT systems.
• Experience in electrical or trade supply sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
