As a frontend engineer, you will architect and develop our key frontend systems with a focus on speed, scalability, and resilience. A keen interest in state management, reactive frontend architectures, and precise user experience design around the concept of Time is essential to thrive in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the frontend development by designing, constructing, and deploying performant, accessible, and scalable applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Implement data integration by connecting complex APIs and managing client side state using GraphQL with Apollo Client.
• Enhance application responsiveness and optimize performance for smooth operation across various devices and platforms.
• Leverage large language models (LLM) and AI-driven agentic tools to accelerate development cycles while maintaining complete ownership and thorough code understanding.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate intricate scheduling requirements into functional, user-friendly interfaces.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or comparable hands-on experience.
• Proven expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, and Next.js frameworks.
• Experience with production-grade frontend applications involving client side data fetching through GraphQL and Apollo Client.
• Skills in frontend performance tuning, responsive design principles, and utilizing modern browser APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering workflows that boost development efficiency safely.
• Strong capabilities in frontend architectural design including component isolation, server side rendering (SSR), and static site generation (SSG).
• Effective communication and collaboration skills working alongside product managers, UX designers, and backend developers.
• Applicants must reside in Germany and have full legal authorization to work locally; visa sponsorship or relocation support is not available.
