Role Summary

Ubertal Inc. is looking for a Social Media Manager based in Austin, Texas for a contract position running from July 20, 2026, to November 1, 2026. This full-time, remote role involves leading organic social media strategies, managing daily channel operations, and crafting compelling social content to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily activities across organic social media platforms.
Create and sustain a content calendar that aligns with company priorities.
Spot current trends to develop social-first brand initiatives and partnerships.
Monitor and report on the performance of organic social media using both native and external analytics tools.
Administer social publishing software and manage vendor partnerships.
Design AI-enhanced workflows to boost operational productivity.
Work collaboratively with teams including analytics, marketing, product, and creative departments.

Required Experience and Skills

Minimum of 3 to 5 years managing social media platforms.
Proficiency in tools such as Sprinklr, Canva, CapCut, and native platform utilities.
Strong analytic capabilities with experience in social media performance measurement.
Hands-on experience producing social content.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across various departments.
Bachelor's degree or similar practical experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in creative production or video content creation.
Experience utilizing AI to automate social media processes.
Familiarity with consumer technology, marketplaces, or app-based business models.
Exposure to paid media campaigns.

Additional Information

The role requires a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week.
Engagement is fully remote/offsite.
