About the Role
KOA is seeking a skilled Shift Leader to join the LOWE Restaurant team in Dubai. This position calls for someone with a strong background in high-quality hospitality environments and a dedication to outstanding guest service. The Shift Leader will manage shift operations, motivate the team, and uphold the restaurant's renowned high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Provide coaching, motivation, and support to team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure that all opening, service, and closing routines are executed accurately and consistently.
- Maintain exceptional service standards, cleanliness, and food presentation across the establishment.
- Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, resolving any service-related issues.
- Assist with training and development initiatives for team members, both new and existing.
- Collaborate with management to meet sales targets, optimize labor efficiency, and achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, food hygiene, and company policies.
- Contribute to stock management, inventory oversight, and procurement processes.
- Lead by setting a positive example in professionalism, teamwork, and proactive engagement on the floor.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or senior front-of-house professional in a dynamic, quality-focused restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities paired with excellent communication skills to inspire and develop team members.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and excellence in guest service.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving workplace while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to lead actively from the floor.
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as necessary.
