Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily functioning of the workshop to ensure smooth operations.
- Motivate and guide service advisors, technicians, and support personnel to achieve targets.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by ensuring timely vehicle servicing and delivery.
- Meet or exceed goals related to workshop revenue, labor, and spare parts sales.
- Track productivity, operational efficiency, and uphold quality standards.
- Address customer grievances swiftly to ensure resolution.
- Adhere to prescribed Royal Enfield service procedures, SOPs, and audit requirements.
- Plan staffing needs, coordinate technician training, and enforce workshop discipline.
- Supervise warranty claim processes, job card accuracy, and service performance metrics.
- Work closely with dealership management to drive ongoing business development.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering is preferred.
- Possess 3 to 7 years of experience in automobile service management.
- Previous experience with two-wheeler dealerships is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, strong communication, and proficient customer service skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of workshop operations, service key performance indicators, and dealer management systems.
