About the Role
Smart Enterprises, based in Girinagar, Bengaluru, is seeking a dedicated full-time Service Engineer to provide maintenance and repair services for industrial printers at customer locations across Bengaluru and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to customer sites for servicing industrial printers under AMC, handling breakdown repairs, installations, and spare part replacements.
- Prepare and submit daily service reports following the company's prescribed format.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities at customer locations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to safeguard existing business and foster new opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma in Electronics or NTTF certification, with or without experience in servicing electronic or electrical equipment.
- Fluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory; reasonable proficiency in English is also required.
- Basic computer skills are essential.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is compulsory; fuel allowance will be provided.
