Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned coach specializing in service academies and ROTC admissions. This individual will assist students aiming to apply to military service academies and ROTC programs. The responsibilities include advising on school choices and application tactics, congressional nomination procedures, DoDMERB medical evaluations and waiver assistance, and training candidates to meet fitness standards. Additionally, the coach will help craft essays, secure recommendations, build resumes, emphasize extracurricular involvement, prepare for interviews, and devise strategies for potential waitlisting.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant has personal experience with the service academy or ROTC admissions process, prior coaching or advising expertise, and a methodical, clear framework to help students submit their best applications.
Working Conditions
