Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned startup founders coach to guide entrepreneurs in building their own companies. This position involves mentoring founders through ideation, crafting business strategies, conducting market research, and preparing go-to-market approaches. Support extends to fundraising and venture capital strategies aimed at securing investment. Coaches also provide assistance with branding, app and web development, applying AI fundamentals and automation in startup operations. Additional guidance includes hiring practices, compensation strategy, contract preparation, and legal research. Furthermore, coaches help founders with resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation for career transitions or hiring decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience founding or advising startups and prior coaching or mentoring background. They should possess a clear, methodical approach to assisting founders through the complex challenges of building a business.
