Role Overview

Magellanic Cloud is hiring an SAP CPI Consultant / Developer in Bengaluru to design, build, deploy, and support integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems. This role is centered on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration Suite and hands-on delivery of enterprise integrations.

What You Will Do

Create, configure, and release integration flows (iFlows) in SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Connect SAP systems with external applications through REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, JMS, HTTP, and SuccessFactors adapters.
Set up message routing, mappings, data transformations, and exception handling logic.
Write Groovy scripts, XSLT mappings, and other custom integration code when required.
Track, analyze, and fix interface problems using monitoring tools and trace logs.
Implement secure integrations with SSL, OAuth, Basic Authentication, SAML, and PGP encryption.
Use SAP Cloud Connector and BTP Cockpit for connectivity setup and platform administration.
Carry out unit testing, system integration testing, deployments, and production support.
Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to capture requirements and deliver solutions.
Maintain technical documentation and follow SAP integration best practices.

What We Are Looking For

3 to 6 years of experience working with SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
Strong working knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Practical experience with integration adapters such as REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, JDBC, SFTP, JMS, and HTTP.
Good hands-on exposure to XML, JSON, XSLT, XPath, and message mapping.
Comfortable with Groovy scripting.
Experience using SAP Cloud Connector and BTP Cockpit.
Understanding of integration design patterns, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
Knowledge of API integrations and SAP security practices.
Preferred exposure to SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, or other SAP cloud products.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.

Additional Information

Location: Bengaluru, India.

Education: Any Graduate.

For this opening, the listed compensation is INR 7,00,000 to INR 15,00,000 per year.

Experience noted in the source: 3-6 years.

Good to Have

Exposure to SAP PI/PO to CPI migration projects.
Familiarity with API Management, Event Mesh, or Open Connectors.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
SAP BTP or SAP CPI certification.
