About the Role
TalentPop App seeks a motivated Sales Support Representative specializing in email and chat communication to represent the brand voice, address customer needs, and promote revenue growth. This fully remote position focuses exclusively on professional written interactions, with no phone calls involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat channels.
- Resolve issues relating to products and orders quickly and accurately.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction metrics and ensure rapid problem resolution.
- Proactively identify signs of potential customer churn and implement retention measures.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and cross-selling throughout support engagements.
- Inform customers about premium services, add-ons, and additional product features.
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of products to drive sales.
- Assist in meeting monthly goals for customer retention and revenue expansion.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, preferably within SaaS or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Experience using support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or equivalents.
- Results-oriented approach focused on key performance indicators related to service quality and sales growth.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online customer experience.
