Telecalling Executive

About the Role

Nexar Logistic Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and proactive female Telecalling Executive to join our logistics operations team in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The key focus of this position is to manage Non-Delivery Reports (NDR) by contacting customers to resolve delivery issues, verifying addresses, and ensuring orders reach customers successfully to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) cases.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and contact customers regarding shipments marked as "Undelivered" or "Failed Delivery Attempt" by our courier partners.
• Identify reasons for delivery failures such as incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, or payment issues, and provide immediate resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates, and delivery notes using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or internal software.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal operations to arrange delivery reattempts per customer preferences.
• Provide professional and courteous support for inbound and outbound delivery-related customer queries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass) or any graduate degree.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with MS Excel/Google Sheets and internet usage.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, or relevant regional language, along with good listening ability.
• Positive problem-solving attitude to manage difficult customer interactions patiently and professionally.
• Prior experience in E-commerce, Logistics, or BPO/Call Center environments is preferred but not essential.
