Job Role Overview

This full-time position requires on-site presence as a Sales Executive handling outbound sales activities. The role includes generating leads, reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls, pitching company offerings, converting prospects to clients, and sustaining long-term business relationships. The candidate will also handle customer objections, maintain CRM databases, and perform cross-selling and upselling to surpass sales objectives.

Working Details and Compensation

Location: Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Travel allowance of ₹1,000, joining bonus of ₹6,000, and attractive incentives

Key Responsibilities

Conducting cold calls and outbound sales communication
Generating and qualifying leads
Presenting company services to interested clients
Achieving and exceeding sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases
Updating and managing leads within CRM systems
Addressing customer inquiries and objections professionally
Establishing strong client relationships to promote repeat business
Participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques
Working collaboratively with team members to enhance conversion rates

Qualification and Candidate Profile

Graduate or undergraduate students are eligible
Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in spoken English is mandatory
Able to work night shifts comfortably
Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude
Experience in telesales, BPO, or outbound sales is advantageous
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
