Job Role Overview
This full-time position requires on-site presence as a Sales Executive handling outbound sales activities. The role includes generating leads, reaching out to potential customers via outbound calls, pitching company offerings, converting prospects to clients, and sustaining long-term business relationships. The candidate will also handle customer objections, maintain CRM databases, and perform cross-selling and upselling to surpass sales objectives.
Working Details and Compensation
- Location: Kidwai Nagar, Kanpur
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Travel allowance of ₹1,000, joining bonus of ₹6,000, and attractive incentives
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting cold calls and outbound sales communication
- Generating and qualifying leads
- Presenting company services to interested clients
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets on daily, weekly, and monthly bases
- Updating and managing leads within CRM systems
- Addressing customer inquiries and objections professionally
- Establishing strong client relationships to promote repeat business
- Participating in training sessions to improve sales techniques
- Working collaboratively with team members to enhance conversion rates
Qualification and Candidate Profile
- Graduate or undergraduate students are eligible
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory
- Able to work night shifts comfortably
- Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated attitude
- Experience in telesales, BPO, or outbound sales is advantageous
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is beneficial
