Sales Associate

About the Role

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving a selection of coffee drinks and teas, and supporting food service operations. This position plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and pleasant experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a variety of coffee and tea beverages with a focus on quality and appearance.
• Accurately take and process customer orders.
• Provide recommendations from the menu and respond to inquiries about food and beverage items.
• Keep the work and dining areas clean and organized.
• Manage cash and card payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
• Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy times.
• Assist with setting up and tidying the dining space, including replenishing supplies when necessary.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales associate, barista, or waiter role.
• Excellent customer service capabilities paired with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
