About the Role
The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving a selection of coffee drinks and teas, and supporting food service operations. This position plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and pleasant experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present a variety of coffee and tea beverages with a focus on quality and appearance.
- Accurately take and process customer orders.
- Provide recommendations from the menu and respond to inquiries about food and beverage items.
- Keep the work and dining areas clean and organized.
- Manage cash and card payments, ensuring transactions are processed correctly.
- Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations during busy times.
- Assist with setting up and tidying the dining space, including replenishing supplies when necessary.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a sales associate, barista, or waiter role.
- Excellent customer service capabilities paired with a friendly, positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
