About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable individuals to become part of The Butlers Pantry team in Rathgar. This role demands strong customer service skills combined with a passion for food and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in a retail environment, ideally within a café or bakery setting, is required.
- Barista skills and experience are essential.
- Confident handling of till reconciliation duties.
- Ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene consistently.
- A warm, outgoing personality with a sincere focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
- Strong work ethic and professional appearance are musts.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
- Fluent English communication skills.
