About the Role
We are seeking motivated and approachable individuals to become part of our team as Sales Assistants. Ideal candidates will bring a strong background in retail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a food-related setting.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Possess at least one year of prior experience working in a retail or café environment.
- Have practical barista skills and a keen interest in food.
- Demonstrate excellent communication abilities and fluency in English.
- Conduct till reconciliation accurately and manage cash transactions.
- Show competence in delegation and uphold superior food hygiene standards.
- Be ambitious, outgoing, and present a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Exhibit flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
