Sales Assistant

Role overview

As a Client Advisor with TOD’S Group in London, you will represent the brand in a luxury retail setting and support both local and international shoppers with a high standard of service. The role focuses on creating a refined customer experience, presenting the product range effectively, and helping the store achieve strong commercial results.

What you will do

• Greet customers warmly and provide tailored advice to both international and local clients.
• Identify each customer’s needs and guide them toward suitable products.
• Support sales performance and help maximise turnover.
• Uphold the brand’s image, standards, and product knowledge across the full assortment available in store.
• Handle stock-related activities such as inventory control, deliveries, and transfers while following internal procedures.
• Contribute to excellent service standards and strengthen long-term client relationships and loyalty.

Profile and experience

• Previous experience in luxury retail is required, ideally within leather goods or footwear.
• You should bring energy, responsiveness, a strong service mindset, and a results-driven approach.
• A genuine interest in fashion is important.
• English fluency is required.
• Knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French, or Mandarin will be an advantage.
