Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. This role emphasizes delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading and mentoring teams, and maintaining service excellence within our vibrant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring a flawless and exceptional level of service
Create and maintain memorable experiences for guests by upholding superior hospitality standards
Coach, inspire, and develop the team to perform at their peak consistently
Promote a positive, engaging, and collaborative culture among staff
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance management to achieve operational targets
Monitor and respond proactively to guest feedback to enhance service quality
Coordinate with Culinary and other departments to ensure smooth operational flow
Contribute to financial objectives through prudent cost controls and revenue enhancement activities
Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and brand protocols at all times

Candidate Profile

Experience in a managerial or leadership position within luxury or high-volume hospitality settings
Exceptional leadership capabilities with a dedication to team development and motivation
Customer-centric approach with a heartfelt passion for hospitality
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Solid operational knowledge of Food & Beverage services
Ability to stay organized and perform efficiently under fast-paced working conditions
Positive, proactive leadership style with hands-on involvement
