Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and service-driven Food and Beverage (F&B) Runner to become a vital part of our team, helping to create memorable experiences for our patrons. If you enjoy fast-paced settings, collaborating within dynamic teams, and have pride in exceptional hospitality delivery, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and accurately deliver food and beverage orders from the kitchen to guests.
• Assist the service team to ensure a flawless dining experience.
• Maintain clear communication with chefs and front-of-house staff.
• Ensure each order meets high presentation standards.
• Keep service stations tidy, orderly, and well-stocked at all times.
• Adhere to The Ned Doha's outstanding hospitality and guest service standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• A positive, passionate approach towards hospitality and service.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently under fast-paced conditions.
• Professional appearance with a guest-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays.
