Key Responsibilities
- Review daily reservations to ensure timely responses to all booking requests are met without delay.
- Maintain high-quality booking accuracy by verifying guest information, rates, and payment details.
- Plan and apply strong organizational abilities to efficiently manage daily reservation operations.
- Coordinate and conduct both on-the-job and weekly training sessions for reservation staff.
- Keep reservation personnel updated on hotel and company developments or changes.
- Spot-check previous day’s reservations and verify all VIP guest arrivals.
- Provide training, development, and motivation to staff to enhance productivity.
- Inform the department about any updates relating to customer profiles, pricing, marketing strategies, promotions, and special offers.
- Lead shift briefings to ensure smooth communication and operation.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel setting.
- University degree attained.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
