Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide extensive administrative support to senior leadership. This position is fully remote and offers flexible scheduling, allowing for either full-time or part-time work arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, careful attention to detail, and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage complex calendars and schedules for senior executives, coordinating appointments and meetings.
- Organize virtual meetings by preparing agendas, distributing relevant documents, and taking meeting minutes as needed.
- Screen and manage incoming communications such as emails, calls, and correspondence, drafting responses and directing inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, review, and format various documents, including reports, presentations, and official correspondences.
- Serve as the central liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding business and personal matters.
- Carry out general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and information system management.
- Support ad-hoc projects and research assignments to advance company goals.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or comparable senior administrative role.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management capabilities, able to prioritize demanding workloads effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, along with comfort using collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Strong oral and written communication aptitude.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
- High integrity and discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems.
