About the Company

Since launching in 2008, it has played a key role in making insurance more accessible and in changing the way people buy insurance online.
Role Overview
This role is focused on growing insurance business through a partner-led field sales model. The selected candidate will be responsible for building an agent network, supporting partners in sales generation, and driving performance across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents in the assigned territory.
- Support partners with product knowledge, business generation, and policy processing.
- Visit the field regularly to train, engage, and motivate agents.
- Encourage partners to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Drive insurance sales through the agency network and partner relationships.
- Train partners on the PB Partners portal and operating processes.
- Maintain partner retention through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Support renewal business and help manage the portfolio.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for a graduate with 1 to 6 years of experience who is comfortable with field sales. Strong communication, convincing ability, self-motivation, and a target-driven mindset are important for success in this role.
