Job Overview
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying human resource and talent needs, planning and managing recruitment processes to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for open positions. This role involves organizing candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and managing evaluation procedures.

- Plan and oversee recruitment activities to meet organizational needs.
- Coordinate candidate screening, interview scheduling, and assessment processes.
- Prepare and publish job advertisements to attract qualified applicants.
