Candidate Profile
- An exceptional recruiter motivated to excel continually
- A strong interest or readiness to learn about digital technologies
- Experience in IT recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Minimum one to two years recruiting experience
Key Responsibilities
- Source and place candidates with the support of a dedicated talent acquisition team
- Manage your schedule and conduct calls with pre-booked candidates
- Develop relationships and organize additional candidate calls independently
- Handle a variety of account managed roles
