The group operates 15 homes across Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Cork, and Waterford, focusing on creating a welcoming home atmosphere and fostering strong relationships between residents and staff.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for numerous roles across the CareChoice Group.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers in operational and functional departments to understand personnel needs and implement best recruitment practices.
  • Conduct market research within the healthcare sector to design strategic recruitment plans for key positions.
  • Carry out internal and external interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with candidates.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to attract top talent.
  • Utilize social media and professional networks for direct sourcing of specialized positions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for hiring managers, ensuring clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Define and achieve service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for specific vacancies by coordinating with essential stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor recruitment trends and assess current procedures against compliance standards to enhance sourcing methods.
  • Set a uniform standard for candidate management throughout the group.
  • Screen and assess applicant submissions, providing hiring managers with curated shortlists.
  • Participate in resource planning meetings to align recruitment activities with strategic goals.
  • Design targeted recruitment campaigns, including initiatives for international hiring of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate effectively with the HR team to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Contribute to project teams focusing on implementing applicant tracking systems and improving HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Partner with senior HR leadership to develop the group's talent acquisition strategy, exploring innovative resource planning and management models.
  • Generate routine recruitment reports, including weekly, monthly, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support broader HR projects and tasks as delegated by HR management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree-level qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in recruitment within an in-house or agency setting, preferably with a focus on healthcare.
  • Competency in managing a high volume of open vacancies and prioritizing efficiently.
  • Ability to operate autonomously while contributing collaboratively within an HR team.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and the handling of confidential personal data within regulated environments.
  • Proficient in utilizing diverse social media recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines reliably.
  • Analytical mindset with solution-oriented decision-making skills.
