About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Manager will spearhead all recruitment initiatives for Rosewood Red Sea, guiding the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent that resonates with the brand's ultra-luxury ethos and service excellence standards. This vital position plays an integral role in the pre-opening phase, constructing a diverse and high-performing team that spans multiple departments, ensuring the hotel’s readiness and embedding the distinctive Rosewood culture from the outset.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a robust Talent Acquisition plan tailored to the hotel's pre-launch schedule and scaling operational needs.
- Collaborate with the executive committee and department heads to define manpower needs and detailed onboarding strategies per role.
- Anticipate hiring demands and guarantee timely recruitment across all approved positions.
- Adhere to Asset Management policies, compensation benchmarks, and the Saudization regulatory framework.
- Lead comprehensive hiring processes for all tiers, encompassing entry-level staff to executive positions.
- Develop and manage global sourcing initiatives targeting key regions such as Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Establish and nurture productive alliances with recruitment firms, hospitality educational institutions, and talent networks.
- Oversee job advertisements utilizing platforms like Avature, Hosco, LinkedIn, and relevant recruitment outlets.
- Promote Rosewood Red Sea as a premier employer within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Create a candidate experience that is seamless, engaging, and reflective of Rosewood's high standards.
- Act as the brand ambassador during recruitment events, career expos, and international talent acquisition efforts.
- Infuse Rosewood’s core values and culture through every recruiting phase.
- Ensure competency-based and structured interview techniques are consistently applied across all departmental hiring.
- Advise hiring managers on effective interviewing and candidate selection methodologies.
- Maintain hiring standards with an emphasis on quality, fairness, and cultural fit.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruitment campaigns.
- Coordinate onboarding procedures alongside Talent & Culture, Housing, and Operations teams to promote smooth transitions.
- Manage logistics including visa processing, travel, and accommodation arrangements for new hires.
- Support group onboarding schedules and ensure associates arrive in line with project timelines.
- Facilitate comprehensive cultural integration for all new team members to align with Rosewood’s identity.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 6 to 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector or large-scale pre-opening contexts.
- In-depth knowledge of international recruitment landscapes and sourcing techniques.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment and pre-opening workforce formation.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s labor regulations and Saudization efforts is advantageous.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems such as Avature or similar platforms.
- Preferred experience overseeing recruitment in pre-opening hotel environments and complex infrastructure projects.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
