Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter II to oversee the entire recruitment process for various job openings. This full-time position involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify, assess, and onboard exceptional candidates, while delivering a positive candidate journey and maintaining thorough recruitment documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and role requirements.
- Maintain precise and organized recruitment records throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating and managing expectations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.
- Prior exposure to full lifecycle recruiting and handling large volumes of hiring.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with SAP ATS is preferred.
- Strong skills in communication, organization, and building professional relationships.
- Understanding of HR procedures and employment law compliance.

- Contract length: 4 months
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour
