Role Overview
Al Fattan Properties is hiring a Receptionist / Administration professional with real estate experience to support front-desk operations and day-to-day administrative coordination in Dubai.
Key Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls, respond to service-related questions, and organize appointments with agents according to each client’s needs.
- Handle incoming mail, parcels, and correspondence, then route them to the right people.
- Share details with prospective buyers and tenants about available homes, including location, facilities, price ranges, and financing possibilities.
- Maintain and refresh records of leads and prospects, organized by their interests and inquiry type.
- Support clients with general service queries, including policies, procedures, property showings, and neighborhood information.
- Coordinate home or business maintenance and repair requests for clients.
- Plan property viewings with agents and clients, and prepare homes for showings according to agent instructions.
- Arrange contractor visits, monitor repair schedules, and keep both contractors and clients updated on project progress.
- Track signatures, dates, and related documentation to help ensure transactions remain legally compliant.
Additional Requirements
This role requires prior exposure to the real estate sector.
