About the Role
We are looking for a driven and well-organized Project Administrator to join our Dubai-based team remotely. This role involves supporting project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery within designated schedules, budgets, and scopes by collaborating with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist in managing projects from start to finish, including planning and coordination.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines.
- Monitor the progress of projects ensuring that all milestones are met in a timely manner.
- Liaise effectively with stakeholders, vendors, clients, and various internal teams.
- Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and deliverable fulfillment.
- Identify potential risks and contribute to mitigation approaches.
- Compile and prepare project status updates, dashboards, and relevant documentation.
- Organize and lead project meetings as required.
- Support diverse project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical team members to facilitate smooth project operations.

Compensation & Location
This full-time role is based in Dubai, UAE, and is offered remotely. The annual salary range is AED 180,000 to AED 260,000. Travel is not required for this position.
