Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join our rapidly expanding team located in Sheerness. The key focus of this position is to ensure bakery products are manufactured and packed efficiently, meeting high quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and pack bakery products accurately based on customer orders.
• Support smooth bakery operations by engaging in varied hands-on tasks.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment for yourself and teammates.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and paperwork.
• Effectively pack and label products adhering to packing specifications.
• Promptly report any product quality issues, machinery problems, or non-conformances to supervisors or team leaders.
• Collaborate and communicate actively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Adhere strictly to organizational procedures, guidelines, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and punctuality traits throughout shifts.

Candidate Profile

This vacancy is ideal for individuals with experience in small to medium enterprises, eager to take on a versatile, practical role. Previous exposure to the food industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours and Compensation

The position involves working Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM with an hourly wage of 3.71.
