Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Presales Manager to lead and manage the pre-sales team at a prominent Buildtech company in Noida, India. This role focuses on driving lead conversion, coordinating site visits, and maintaining superior customer engagement to support sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-sales team towards achieving targets for lead conversion and site visits.
- Handle and address inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and CRM platforms effectively.
- Assess and qualify leads based on client requirements, budget constraints, and intent to purchase.
- Arrange and coordinate site visits with the sales team to facilitate customer engagement.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects to maximize the likelihood of conversions.
- Supervise lead distribution, response times, and follow-up quality to maintain efficiency.
- Keep customer data and sales pipelines updated accurately in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly team performance through detailed MIS reports.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance lead quality and improve campaign results.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to project specifics, price details, payment plans, and availability.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to the pre-sales team to boost overall productivity and engagement.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures for effective lead management.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies.
