Job Overview
As a Policy Processing Assistant, you will support the efficient handling of policy fulfilment across all commercial insurance lines. Your role includes ensuring timely processing, accuracy of policy documents, and adherence to established SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Key Duties
- Assist in processing policies across various commercial lines efficiently.
- Manage a portfolio to meet policy fulfilment targets within specified turnaround times.
- Maintain accuracy and compliance in all policy documentation and workflows.
- Contribute to the development and support of new business processes and workflows.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities as needed.
- Execute additional assignments and ad hoc projects as required.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate business and regulatory compliance risks responsibly.
- Stay informed on industry regulatory developments, emerging threats, and new technologies to help safeguard the organization.
- Highlight potential risks early and share best practices in risk management with the team.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree or equivalent industry-related qualification.
- Possesses 3 to 5 years relevant experience in group insurance, employee benefits, or account management.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and can build effective relationships.
- Energetic, service-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Adaptive and resilient with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Demonstrates strong soft skills conducive to long-term relationship building.
