About the Role
Our client, a private individual/family located on the Westside of Los Angeles, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to oversee daily personal and household operations. Primary Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain scheduling, appointments, and personal calendar management
- Arrange travel plans and detailed itineraries
- Conduct errands and manage personal tasks as required
- Coordinate communication with household staff, vendors, and contractors
- Support personal correspondence and administrative duties
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
Required Qualifications
- Between 1 to 5 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or comparable role
