Role Overview

As part of our rapid expansion, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Product Developer to join our dynamic team. This role supports the Product Development department in managing all facets related to design, sampling, and production.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Development team to keep the brand ahead of industry trends and relevant to our audience.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining measurement specifications and technical packs for production purposes.
• Ensure garment technical standards are upheld, paying close attention to detail.
• Keep the sample racks organized, tidy, and professionally presented.
• Handle daily sample management while maintaining professional and effective communication with suppliers.
• Conduct random quality control inspections on bulk orders received at the warehouse.
• Contribute to product improvement by researching market trends and forecasting future styles.

Requirements

• Genuine passion for fashion design and styling.
• Basic knowledge of garment development processes.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Competence in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• High precision and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Proactive in seeking learning opportunities and applying new skills effectively.
• Strong communication abilities for clear and focused information sharing.
• Capable of managing heavy workloads and meeting tight deadlines.
