About the Opportunity
This role is with Mercor, a company that connects top-tier creative and technical professionals with leading AI research labs. The organization is based in San Francisco and is backed by investors including Benchmark, General Catalyst, Peter Thiel, Adam D'Angelo, Larry Summers, and Jack Dorsey.
Role Overview
The position is for a People Ops / Recruiting Evaluator working in a fully remote setup. The assignment is contract-based and is focused on reviewing AI-generated work through a recruiting and people-operations lens.
What You’ll Do
- Assess AI-produced documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks against role-specific quality standards.
- Spot factual mistakes, visual issues, and presentation gaps in the output.
- Write structured, easy-to-follow feedback that helps improve model-generated materials.
- Use your subject-matter expertise to judge accuracy, depth, and overall quality.
- Work autonomously and on your own schedule while meeting deadlines.
Required Experience and Skills
Candidates should bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in People Ops or recruiting. Strong English communication skills are required, both native-level and professional fluency being acceptable. You should also be highly comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular strength in Slides.
Preferred Profile
An advanced degree, such as a Master’s or higher, from a well-regarded institution is preferred.
