About the Role

Our client, a well-established and owner-managed hospitality group in Tanzania specializing in boutique properties, is dedicated to authentic guest experiences, sustainable tourism, conservation, and community engagement. To support its growth, they are seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to lead HR and people management across multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities
