Role & Responsibilities
- Work as a Pega developer with 4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in application development.
- Build and support solutions on Pega 7.x or later, including Pega 8.
- Hold a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification on Pega 7.x or above.
- Develop solutions using Constellation.
- Use CS and SI frameworks where required; prior exposure to these frameworks is preferred.
- Contribute to projects in the banking domain when applicable.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients.
- Operate in Agile project environments.
- Interact directly with clients when needed.
- Work with minimal supervision and manage tasks independently.
