Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join the IT team in Doha, Qatar. This role is centered on understanding business needs, translating them into clear technical and functional requirements, and supporting the delivery of software solutions that align with those needs.
What you will do
- Collect and clarify business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and document functional specifications, interface specifications, and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare test cases to support validation of the solution.
- Assist the business team during user acceptance testing.
- Act as the first point of review for queries raised by the business team and analyze them appropriately.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to make sure the delivered solution matches business expectations.
- Use business analysis expertise to contribute to the successful execution of IT projects.
Required profile
The role calls for a professional with at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, along with practical exposure to requirements analysis and documentation. Strong analytical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodology is also required.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Doha, Qatar.
