Overview
Join GardaWorld in Halifax, Nova Scotia as an Operations Supervisor within our Security Services unit. This role is pivotal in managing communications and resource allocation across designated geographic areas, acting as a liaison between agents, customers, and account management. Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly wage set at 21 dollars and 38 cents

Key Responsibilities
- Manage communication operations within specific geographic sectors
- Engage with customers and staff in a supervisory role
- Receive, prepare, and prioritize work instructions
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch and operational data
- Alert personnel to traffic or road issues impacting operations
- Coordinate resource allocation efficiently
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Completion of high school diploma or an equivalent certification
- Strong English language comprehension and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours as per operational needs
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
