Operations Executive - E-commerce & Operations

About the Role

Kinetic Realm India Private Limited is expanding its e-commerce operations and is looking to hire an Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities spanning order management, inventory control, logistics coordination, and administrative systems. This position is suited for an efficient and hands-on individual who excels in dynamic environments and is keen on optimizing operational procedures end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full order process including receiving, processing, dispatching, and tracking orders through to delivery.
• Handle returns, replacements, and refunds while resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain precise inventory records and conduct stock reconciliations regularly.
• Update product details, stock levels, and operational data using Zoho or Tally Prime software.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and performance dashboards.
• Coordinate communication and activities with courier services, vendors, warehouse staff, sales, and accounts teams.
• Manage email correspondence with customers, vendors, and partners efficiently.
• Maintain standard operating procedures and documentation, suggesting and implementing process improvements.
• Assist with basic social media postings and product listings to support promotional campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

• Between 1 and 3 years experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or administrative roles.
• Practical knowledge of Zoho applications such as Books, Inventory, or CRM.
• Familiarity with Tally Prime accounting software.
• Sound understanding of order lifecycles and inventory control mechanisms.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar platforms.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management techniques.
• Understanding of SEO and best practices for online product listings.
• Prior involvement in courier and logistics management.

Educational Background and Eligibility

The candidate should hold a graduate degree or equivalent academic qualification with 1 to 3 years of relevant operational experience.
